Vectry Analytics ("Vectry", "we") is a Blackwood Stone Holdings company. This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through vectry.io and through the Vectry platform and SDKs.

Data we collect

Website: contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, company, message). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on vectry.io.

Platform: events ingested by our customers may reference actor identifiers and operational metadata. Each customer is the controller of the data they send; Vectry processes it under the applicable service agreement, scoped per organization.

How we use data

To respond to your inquiries, operate and secure the service, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data. Access to customer data is restricted, logged and attributable — the same standard the product enforces.

Retention and rights
