Agreement
By accessing vectry.io or using the Vectry platform you agree to these terms. Enterprise use of the platform is governed by the service agreement executed with your organization; these website terms fill any gaps.
Open-source SDKs
The Vectry SDKs (vectry-node, vectry-js-core, vectry-react) are licensed under the MIT License as published in their repositories. The platform services behind api.vectry.io are proprietary.
Acceptable use
You will not use the service to violate law, infringe rights of others, or ingest data you lack authority to process. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the events your systems emit to Vectry.
Warranty and liability
The website and SDKs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectry’s aggregate liability arising from use of the website is limited to the amount you paid to use it (zero for free use). Platform liability is defined in the applicable service agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
